2012 zenshuji obon festival
heidi helped out with tea ceremony at this year's obon festival at zenshuji soto mission, so i got the chance to attend my third straight. it's such a festive event with food, drink, live performances, dancing and raffle drawings, that it really feels like a privilege to take part. one gets the true sense of community here and here's to hoping i get to experience many more.
