pounded out a 7.5M trail run at los liones this morning w/the coyotes. the first 1.5M up is single track on los liones, which joins up with the fire road at paseo miramar for another 2 punishing miles to the parker mesa overlook for gorgeous coastal views.
a group of about 10 of us took a quick break up top before heading back down. i always have to keep an eye out on time because of work, but i got back to the car at 7:50am and was home by 8:05am...
