took a BIG hit on saturday, as i ended up having to replace my front/rear brakes as well as all four of my tires. thankfully i had a few coupons to soften the blow, but i still had to shell out
beaucoup d'argent for my venerable element. since i had hours to burn, and a few nearby streets were shut down for a car show, i decided to stroll down there to see what all the commotion was all about.
i stumbled upon the 9th annual george barris cruisin back to the 50s culver city car show, which had a ton of classic cars - including rare mustangs, thunderbirds, you name it - and hot rods on display. cool!
